Q2: What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully on line?
A2: Firstly, please check out whether there are plugs in your explorer. It sometimes results in the failure of payment. Secondly, check your credit card type and No. They must be acceptable on our website. At last, please contact us by email or other communication methods.

A4: Normally, if you add us to your mailing list, you will get confirmation about your order. The mail of confirmation is send to you by system automatically. Sometimes, your mail box will refuse to accept it. It may lie in the spam box. Or even the mail will be rejected totally. So we sincerely suggest you add us into your mailing box to avoid the miss of mails.

Q5: Can I change my order after ordering?
A5: Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations. If you need to make any alterations to your order, please email us immediately with your order number. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Q6: How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
A6: The refund will be notified after we get your returned parcel. According to the refund policy of credit card issue bank, there are 20 days terms on refund processing. Therefore your payment will appear on your account in 20 days.

Q7: Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
A7: YES. We can send our product worldwide where EMS and DHL can reach. And normally the delivery time will last 7-10 days.

Q8: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Q9: How to use discount code?
A9: Please use it as instructed when checking out. And please be aware of time limited period of the discount code. Normally 3 months later, the code will be invalid.

Q10: What kind of currency do you accept?
A10: At present, we accept GBP, USD and EURO, Canada, Austria Dollars. If you are ordering from another country, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.


Q11: Can I cancel the order and get the refund?
A11: If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us
or contact us by other communication methods ASAP before the order processed. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it free of charge. If your order has been packed well and you still want to cancel it, we are afraid a 5% packing fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it.

If there's a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can wash it or clean it, then we will give our guest appropriate compensation. Q14: How long can I get the customized Product?
A14: Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usually it needs about 8 days to get the item from the factory. We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

Q15: Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
A15: We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the transaction fee. Hope you can understand.


Q16: How to track my order?
A16: If you are a registered member at our website, you may track your order using the "Order Inquiry" link. Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order.And when we get the tracking number from the express company, we also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel's status.
